#0001 - SINGAPORE: WHERE PASSION MADE POSSIBLE

Well, Hello There!!

Kind of nervous as this is my first blog. For a matter of fact, I never imagined myself to write a blog of my own. FYI, I was never good in writing, which you will get to know.😛

This is my first blog and I choose Singapore for it. WHY? Because Singapore is the city where passion made possible. Singapore has always been my one of the favourites. Singapore is the cleanest and smartest city I have ever been. I have been to Singapore in September, 2017 & I was SHOCKED!! Don't worry. Nothing bad happened. It was Singapore's  Changi Airport. 💓

Singapore's Changi Airport is currently rated World's Best Airport by Skytrax for the seventh consecutive year since 2013.And Why not? It has its own Jewel. Jewel is linked to three of its passenger terminals & is a World's tallest indoor waterfall. Yes!! You read it write INDOOR WATERFALL!!! 😲 The Rain Vortex, which is surrounded by a terraced forest setting. Jewel includes gardens, attractions, a hotel, aviation facilities and more than 300 retail and dining facilities. Its attraction includes the Shiseido Forest Valley, an indoor garden Spanning five storeys, and the Canopy Park at the topmost level, featuring gardens and leisure facilities. Its really WORTH IT!!

WHO WILL NOT GET SHOCKED?? IF YOU SAW THIS KIND OF AIRPORT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE!!

Now Let's go ahead.

Singapore has lots to offer. Singapore is home to more dishes than you can eat in a LIFETIME. It has a lavish stay that can blow your mind and also your MONEY!!😁 Therefor, If you are budget friendly traveller, I would suggest you to get normal hotel in Little India locality (For DESI PEOPLE) or get the hostel if you are travelling solo.Try to save money wherever you can as Singapore is quite EXPENSIVE!! No matter in which age category you belong, you can't be bore in Singapore as it has also a lot to offer in various fun & adventurous activities. Singapore is also Walk-Friendly City so try to explore its culture, history and food by walk. And it is quite fun.

Here are the list of activities or spots whatever you say, are MUST DO

Garden by the Bay!! Oh My God!! It is just amazing. I don't have enough words for it. it is a nature park which consists of three Waterfront Gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. Garden by the bay was part of the nation's plans to transform its "Garden City" to a "City in a Garden", with the aim of raising the quality of the life by enhancing greenery and flora in the city. It has lots of activities in there which you can directly book through their website, their ticket counter or through any travel agents. Garden by the Bay is worth exploring in night also as it is quite and you'll manage to get some YOUTIME. And there is myth that Garden is nothing but a place for children and couples, but its not like this when you visit here you'll find out what a great aura it has with surrounding of lots and lots of trees, charming birds and tons of activities. I bet its worth visiting place.

  • Sentosa Island
Sentosa is sunny island in Singapore, home to exciting events, themed attractions, award winning spas, amazing restaurants, casino, lush rain-forests, golden sandy beaches and resort-style hotels. Sentosa Island is connected to the city by road, cable car, pedestrian boardwalk and monorail. I suggest you to book a stay here for at least one night to explore Sentosa. No worries if you do not stay, you will not miss any thing. As you'll need minimum two days here in Sentosa to enjoy all of it. There are tons of activities and attraction available for you to enjoy.
If you are not activity person then also no to worry, It is also the best option for relaxation, thanks to golden sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. There are lots of activities here, so what I do here is put a link to get information of it. One thing, I would suggest here is to visit Universal Studios. Yes, you must visit.Check this Link For Activities - Sentosa Activities

Clarke Quay is mainly famous for its Night Life with stunning waterside restaurants and exciting collection of bars and clubs. This is the spot to sit back and crowd watch. Grab a drink, order a meal and maybe hit one of the many clubs in the area.

There are many other activities in Singapore but I will not go deep here on everything as these activities which I posted above is must to do activities. But don't worry I am putting a list over here for your convince.:

Your journey to Singapore is not complete without it. I will also suggest you to explore the city by walk. If you are staying nearby Little India locality, all of the nearby area, such as China Town, Rochor, Bugis, Levender Street, etc. are worth visiting by walk.

For Shopping, Orchard Road is must visit. You'll find most of the giant brands are available with their exclusive showrooms. For Window shopping you can shop nearby Little India area is famous. Mustafa Centre is also nearer to Little India, where you can buy chocolates, toys, gifts (PS for less expensive shopping) even money exchange under one roof.

Singapore's public transport system is also easy to use. Metros and buses' routes are easy to understand and easily available to any one.
